Welcome

Thank you for choosing a KEMPER product and using the KEMPER Connect platform.

Create User Account

In order to use the functions of the KEMPER Connect platform and your KEMPER device, you must register as a user on the platform. Please open the following link:

You should now see the following page in your browser:

Register as a new User

First name, last name

Please enter your first and last name here. We use this exclusively for personal salutation!

E-Mail

If you register in the future, this will always be done using this e-mail address. This means that this e-mail address will be used as the user account. If you have forgotten your password or there are important messages about the portal, we will use this e-mail to send you the information.

Password

Vergeben Sie Ihr individuelles Passwort. Bitte wählen Sie ein sicheres Password, welches mindestens aus acht Zeichen und einer Kombination aus Buchstaben und Ziffern besteht!

Finish Registration

Enter your individual password. Please choose a secure password consisting of at least eight characters and a combination of letters and numbers!

Logging In

After you have successfully created your user account, you can log in for use. Please open the following link:

https://kemperconnect.de/

You should now see the following:

For the registration you must now enter your combination of e-mail address and self-chosen password. For the execution of the registration you confirm the input by means of the "Log-In" button.

Register your KEMPER Connect Device

After registration you will be redirected to the portal interface. Since this will be your first login, you should now see the following view:

Add Device

As there are currently no devices in your account, you will need to register your first device. Please click on the button "Add device". The following dialog will appear:

Enter Serialnumber + Pin-Code

This dialog now expects you to provide two pieces of information for registering a device. You will find this information on the nameplate of your KEMPER device.

Serialnumber: This is a consecutive number for the unique identification of your KEMPER device.

Pin-Code: You will need to enter a six-digit pin code to confirm registration.

This is also considered as security, since the device can only be uniquely identified by combining the two fields.

Confirmation

Now complete the addition of your device by confirming the entry of the machine number + pin code by clicking the "Add device" button.

Your device should now be listed in your personal fleet. This is confirmed by the following view:

In the screenshot above, the device (KEMPER AirWatch) is already assigned a name. This will not be the case with the new registration. You must configure the device yourself and optionally assign a name and location. The next step shows how to do this.

View / Access your Device

Since your device has now been successfully connected to the KEMPER Connect Cloud and registered in your user account, you can now continue with the initial configuration. To do this, the device must be "opened" or navigated to its view. To do this, click with the mouse on the name of the device as shown in the following screenshot:

The respective device view now opens. Depending on the type of the device, the design of this view can vary. In the example and the following screenshot we use the KEMPER AirWatch view.

Next Steps

You should now carry out the initial configuration of your KEMPER Connect device. Since the respective steps vary from device to device, the documentation has been subordinated to the respective devices.
