Configuration

To be able to configure your AirWatch, you must use the navigation in the device view to switch to the "Navigation" item. To do this, click with the mouse (as shown in the screenshot below) on "Configuration".

Structure

The configuration of AirWatch is divided into two sections. The "General Configuration" defines things like name and location. The "AirWatch Configuration" determines device-specific settings.

General Configuration

Name

Here you can assign an individual name to your AirWatch. This name is used for identification in all parts of the KEMPER Connect portal.

Location

Here you can assign a location or a location name to your AirWatch. This is also used for identification in all parts of the KEMPER Connect portal.

In order to set the settings effectively, please do not forget to confirm them by clicking the "Save" button.

AirWatch Configuration

Limits PM10

This value determines the legal limit value and is used to display the dust value on the device. In other words, this value controls the current color on the AirWatch's illuminated surface.

For further information, please refer to the AirWatch manual!

Averaging-Time

The AirWatch outputs the measured value as an average value. An average over a certain time is calculated here. This time is in the range of a few seconds and is factory set to 20 seconds. The reason for this is to avoid particle peaks, which could be caused by acute smoke clouds.

For further information, please refer to the AirWatch manual!

Colormode

If the "stepless display" of the color mode is set, the color area of the AirWatch changes steplessly from "green" to "red".

If this option is deactivated, the device behaves like a traffic light. Depending on the air quality, this is displayed with a corresponding color.

For further information, please refer to the AirWatch manual!

Query Interval

Determines how often a measured value is transmitted to the portal.

If there are nevertheless acute and/or high changes in the measured values, the data is transmitted immediately - completely independently of the set interval!

We recommend that you do not change this setting!

LED Brightness

Sets brightness of the LED signal.

For further information, please refer to the AirWatch manual!
